About Us
At Miss Maple’s Nature House, kids get to immerse themselves everyday in the great outdoors for fun and learning. Our exclusive nature-based programs take place outdoors on our 2-acre property, as well as our roomy indoor spaces, and other various outdoor spaces in our community.

Our incredible Guides love what they do and provide engaging activities including animal encounters, trail hikes, art projects, games, music, and stories. Leisure time is spent exploring BrookTown, concocting in Mud Kitchen, connecting to our Sit Spots or building another Fort. And our Forest Trails are well-marked for woodland adventures where we play freely and adventure wildly in all seasons!
Miss Maple’s is designed to help your child develop skills in problem-solving, social interactions, independence and confidence, and most importantly, connections to their natural worlds. We teach respect for all living beings and how to minimize our impact on the earth. Opportunities and lessons flow organically from what nature and the children present us with each day.

Miss Maple's follows all CDC mandates and ethical guidelines
issued by the Maine Dept. of Inland Fisheries & Wildlife.
